Mrs. McKeown is the Project Manager of the UDI On-Line Project,
a project funded through the U.S. Department of Education. Previously,
Kim managed technical projects in the education, corporate, healthcare,
and government sectors. Prior to that, she served as Program Manager of
statewide education programs for students with special needs within the
California Department of Social Services. Mrs. McKeown has previously
taught at the secondary level in special education. She holds a Master
of Arts degree in Special Education and is currently working on
obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through
the Project Management Institute (PMI).
